I used the services of ********** which I have done many times, and was unsatisfied with the services received. I tried many many many times to discuss this situation with Lifespan but was unsuccessful. Lifespan has been harassing me with ******* emails and notifications even though they refuse to discuss this situation. I have called and emailed them over and over to ask them to stop until this matter is resolved but the harassment never ends. I have NEVER paid any bill, including my Lifespan bills, late. I was finally able to submit a billing dispute to Lifespan Corporation Physician Services (I am attaching that doc which includes all the dispute details). I never heard back any response from the dispute letter, just more ******* notices. I find this treatment disgraceful and unacceptable for a "healthcare" institution.Customer response

I have not heard from the business in response to my complaint. I will consider this matter closed and assume that Lifespan will no longer harass me with ******* letters.
