I paid off my auto loan and 1st Atlantic did not send me my title stating that I still have a balance. They were taking direct deposit from my bank account and when the loan was paid off they stop taking the money from my acct but a couple weeks later they call and states that I still owe them. I requested an itemized statement of my acct and they said that they couldnt provide that. Know I had an accident and my car is a total lost and I am unable to get my title be it appears they are out of business but on they phone they direct you to 2 other company of which neither has my acct. the phone prompt you to leave a message but no one is calling me back. This is making me sick because I am out the money for the car from my insurance so that I can get a new car. How can I resolved this . Please help. Thanks

A few weeks ago my car was re-polled I had no prior indication that it was going to happen. When I contacted the company I was rudely talk to by a employee name *****. I was told by this employee that they dont like me and dont care to work with me. That was the first complaint that I had with the company then nothing was Done to the employee nor was a apology given. Nor about the employee talking to me in a manner that should not have been done. Also my car was taken from the tow place they re-powed my car under a 30 day miss payment with no indication again of this happening. I was also sent a letter of everything thats owed after the car was already taken the company. The company told me that I had 30 days to retrieve my items from my car it was given less than three weeks. The company that had my car you had to make appointments and was not easily able to get to. I was given a date to come in to retrieve my things no one answered the next day I went up to the too The place and asked to retrieve my things and they said that the company already took it to the auction to get auction my things were taken out of the car Without me even having a chance to retrieve my things. I also have a complaint that Im ive been trying to contact them for over a week their customer service sends me to voicemail they have retrieved my vehicle already and have not contacted me about it. I am missing some things in my car. And I would like to receive a call back about everything that I just mention it. Then was originally transfer to another bank for my finance to be under for my car but never even heard from that bank after a month of give them my information told to be given from first Atlantic auto to be transferred to them prior to them taking my car. I contacted them March 3rd they were told March 17 I was given a payment I was in the hospital and sick with pneumonia and Fluenza they called me tht monday no calls or emails after March 3 no awareness.
