On November 2, 2022, I contracted with Federal Hill Home Theaters (FHHT) to purchase a **, mount the ** on a fireplace wall, and integrate it with an existing sound system, with completion before Thanksgiving. I prepaid for the **. After numerous, lengthy delays, no progress by FHHT, and delivery of a substitute **, it was agreed that I would hire a third party to complete the installation since FHHT could not complete the project in a timely manner. During installation, it was discovered that the ** was defective. FHHT has refused to reclaim the ** and will not provide a refund. I have not heard from the business in response to my complaint despite numerous attempts. I am considering legal representation, but would prefer if the BBB can broker a resolution. Please advise next steps.
