I have placed an ORDER - on-line - for a "Sterling Silver Metallic Black Hematite Cross Pendant" on FEBRUARY 23rd, yet ONE MONTH later, I have NOT received it !! It was PAID through PayPal . All the while, I have been ANXIOUSLY awaiting for it !! The ************** Shipping" claims to take "3-5 business days" - yet it has been 30 DAYS .I have been more than patient with this order, considering a Pandemic, and such ... Anyway, I have submitted queries about it through its OWN Web-Site, for when I tried to simply REPLY via E-MAIL, I would get a "Failure Notice" . Yet, I have received NO response from the business !!Hence, I am quite UPSET at this point, for not only WAITING AROUND for my CROSS, furthermore, the Company has NOT bothered contacting back about it - AT ALL !!Customer response

I have NOT heard from the business - AT ALL - in response, since my messages to them via their OWN Web-Site, as well as AFTER my complaint to BBB !!
