On February 5th we had no running water. After a ****** search for Plumbers, we discovered Evergreen Plumbing. According to their website, their core values are: Accountability, Empathy, Integrity, Professionalism and Reliability. We decided to make the call. I heard back from Evergreen the next morning and was told a Technician would be at the house within an hour or two. The Tech, Bill, was professional and went to the basement to assess this situation at 10am. Within 20 minutes, **** told me there was nothing wrong with the equipment in the basement and would have to check the well outside. This would cost $600. **** wanted to know if I agreed to this cost and I said yes as I have no water. After another 20 to 30 minutes, **** tells me the pump to the well is broken and would need to be replaced. He lets me know this may cost between $4000 to $7000 to fix. I feel this is high but, I have no water, and I trust his integrity. **** comes back with the part, a Grundfos pump. **** tells me this is one of the best. The cost will be $5,782 to replace and install. I then ask, "what model Grundfos are you installing because I see they cost $900-$2000?" **** tells me he is not sure of the model. He installs the pump and is done by 5:30pm. He gives me a digital reader to pay for the service. I ask ****, "will I get an itemized receipt for what I'm paying for?" **** assures me, "yes, you'll get an email that is itemized." Nothing could be further from the truth. I have no idea what pump I purchased, what parts were installed, what labor cost, etc. I have called and emailed several times looking for an itemized receipt for $5,782 with no response. I want to understand what I paid almost SIX THOUSAND DOLLARS for. The moment I saw the receipt with no itemization, I almost stopped payment on the credit card but did not because of MY integrity. A simple solution to this would be to show me what I paid for. Unless there is something to hide.Business response

We resolved the issue with the customer directly.
