The date of the transaction was 3/18/2024 at 3:00pm. I paid $18.00 for a stroller. Once Upon A Child is committed to doing a thorough inspection of the products they sale before putting it on the shelf for sale. I purchased a stroller that appeared functional. After bringing it home and putting my granddaughter in it I noticed a major safety mal-function. The wheels didn't roll properly causing me to take the stroller back to the store for a refund. The store manager inform me the policy states no refunds on equipment, and toys. The sign was hidden behind product that was not noticeable at checkout. The cashier didn't inform me of this policy and its not written on the receipt given to me. The store manager contacted the employee that sold me the stroller to confirm purchase. Both employees confirmed they sold me the malfunction unsafe product. I was told to come back in the morning to speak with the owner when the store manager. I then informed them I will return back after contacting the news channel and my attorney. I simply just want my $18 back so I can purchased a new stroller for my granddaughter.Business response
