Finishing up the remaining brick work around the house Owner is supplying the scaffold and material for the job. The company hereby agree to furnish workmanship and labor, for the total amount of 8,000.00. nonrefundable deposit of 2,500 On the 1st of August A payment was made 920.00 On August 11 a payment of 1,580.00 was pay. The remaining balance of 3000 due on the completion date of August 20,2023 rented scaffold for two weeks no one shows up cost over 600.00 one man doing the work, promise 2nd man to help no-show. Report to me he is over his budget. We're not going to be able to keep repeating the same promise after we kept up our part of the agreement we are stressed. Work not even halfway have talk with owners about this process. Continue false promises of sending help after talking to him about one man we expect it was going to take longer! and cost more. we have given him more time, trying to work with him, so we will contact a lawyer about a breach of contract to get our money back. Hopefully we can get it done this we not able to continue renting equipment that not being used. we are tired. Refund if not complete this weekend August 26 @ 12 scaffold has to be return. Don't want to be talking about it just get it done!Business response
