On June 13, 2022, BBB began an investigation on Parcel Knight USA, LLC (a/k/a Parcel Solutions Company)'s business practices. This investigation was prompted by consumers indicating that the business is offering a work-at-home opportunity by repacking items, mailing them to other individuals then not receiving their monthly salary. Consumers indicated that they are locked out of their employment portal and cannot get in touch with the business when they start to question why they have not been paid.

On June 15, 2022, BBB sent a letter via Certified Mail to Parcel Knight USA, LLC (a/k/a Parcel Solutions Company) requesting that they provide the following information:

Physical location and mailing address
Preferred method of contact (mail, fax or email)
A brief description of the products or services your company offers
Copies of marketing materials provided to your customers
Information on how and where your company advertises for work-at-home employment
Job Description for work-at-home employee
Any additional information that would enable BBB to better understand your business

On August 02, 2022, the Certified Mail was returned. BBB then sent an email to the business as well as contacting them through their website's Contact Us Page requesting business provide the aforementioned information.

As of August 15, 2022, Parcel Knight USA, LLC (a/k/a Parcel Solutions Company) has failed to respond to the BBB.
