We had a vinyl fence with a single and double gates installed. The hinges rusted so that the rust ran down the white fence because they failed to paint the inside of the hinges. On the single gate the latch did not work because one of the screws was broken off. The double gate was not even. They were called back and took weeks to get them back. They rinsed off the rust and did replace the hinges but did nothing to fix the double gate. It is difficult to get them to communicate if you have a problem. We had to hire a new company to fix the problems. Worst company I have ever dealt with.
