This gym is disgusting, a scam, and it’s impossible to talk with someone if you do have concerns or want a refund. I reached out to the owner, Brian, over a month ago and he said he noticed that the gym wasn’t being cleaned as well as expected and that a new owner would be taking over shortly… still, nothing has changed and he’s stopped responding to me. I have asked for my contract to be canceled as Anytime has not held up its part by not providing wipes. People have written concerns on the dry erase board and it’s gotten to a point that someone has taken the marker to stop members from voicing their frustrations. Here are the concerns: there are no wipes, no paper towels to use wipes when they are out, there are spider webs on the floor, and thick dust on the fans to the point that balls of dust will fall off once you turn it on, rarely toilet paper in the bathrooms, mold in the bathroom behind the hand dryers and around the showers, the same toilet clogged for weeks on end, old rags and smelly bath mats in the showers, and there’s a fire hazard notice on the door that has been there for over a month. Lastly, when I signed up there was a row machine and it’s still on the website; however, they don’t have one and the one that was there back in May was moved to the Easley gym (this is false advertising). It’s common for equipment to be broken or scattered throughout the gym which is a safety hazard; there’s a small area where things are just thrown into a corner and no one picks stuff up or organizes it bc it's not staffed (false advertisement). The website mentions having a “squeaky clean” environment and that is a lie as evidenced by the pictures that I have attached. Long story short, it seems that the owner or new owner is tired of being responsible for the gym, they can ignore concerns and be comfortable knowing that their patrons risk getting a Staph infection, ringworms, impetigo, or other bacterial infections that grow in gyms that are not cleaned properly.
