The approximate date was march 2022 This program promised to reverse diabetes on a personal basis. I signed up for the program and video appointments were provided every 2 weeks .Every two weeks a link was sent and I would log on for my appointment.Everything was like on schedule until the first week in January when I did not receive the link and could not reach anyone with the phone numbers provided..I left messages and no one ever called.******* finance finance the cost of the program which was approximately $5000.******* finance sent finance info and in the packet was a treatment cancellation form.at his form stated that if you wanted to opt out of the program you needed to email or fax to **********************.com which I did on 4/13/23. When I called to see if email was received they told me that they couldn’t do anything because they could not get up with regenerative health 360 because they had shut down.THE BUSINESS HAS NOT TRIED TO RESOLVE THE ISSUE. I feel that I owe from the time that I was in the program up to January. I canceled payment in February but because I did not want mt credit to go bad I resume auto drafts of $121.35 per month to resume in may .. The account number is ********Initial Complaint

I signed up with Regenerative Health on June 20, 2022. My friend and I signed up together to get a discount. On June 23, I told a Regenerative Health 360 representative that my friend and I were no longer interested in their program. Since they had already done a hair sample test and sent it off, they said that we still had to pay for the tests. The cost was 1,550 for each of us. The other tests, blood samples, and stool sample tests were not done so there was not a cost. I tried to stop the hair sample tests before it went through but could not. I eventually got the results for my hair sample test on July 6, but my friend never got her test. I called Regenerative Health 360 about her test but never got an answer as to where her test was. Finally, my friend’s test was found about 2 months after the test was taken and the person working there said that her test had been mixed up with someone else’s test and that was the reason for the delay. With this information, my friend was suspect of whether this was actually her test or were they just sending her a test to appease her. She, therefore, did not accept the test results but wanted a refund. I have tried to get in touch with Regenerative Health 360 many times but have not gotten a callback. I even got my local news station involved but they have not communicated with them either. My news station told me to get in touch with you. I want the 1,550 refunded for the test that had been mixed up and never sent.
