I hired Zip2Zip to move the contents of my home into storage units on 7/28/2021. They said that they would have 2-3 movers with a 26' truck and a small trailer. They said I would need 3 storage units. Furniture was to be wrapped. All boxes were labeled with contents and if fragile. On the moving day, besides the 3 "professional" movers, a bunch of college kids came and moved the contents out of my house. They did not wrap all my furniture and they stacked heavy items on top of fragile boxes/items. They ruined my antique dining table, legs and 6 chairs that were not wrapped. Also severely damaged my antique buffet. They broke my bird bath and some antique china by putting heavy objects on top of the "very fragile" boxes. I'm missing an irreplaceable knob on my antique dresser, and they broke off one foot and supporting base on my armoire. They broke off the solar connection on one outdoor umbrella. They left me with only 3 of the 4 feet. They also lost my Black & Decker circular saw, my Ryobi Sander, and one shovel. They said they'd come and fix this and assess the other damage, but have not responded to my calls and texts. I paid $1,200 for the job, but my losses are about $3,800. My antique table and chairs cost me $3,000 alone.
