We hired this company to paint the exterior of our home, interior rooms, bathrooms, doors, moldings, cabinets, and moldings prior to moving into our home with our family. PP was alerted to an employee staying overnight in our home without our permission. They said they were sorry but had this person remain on the crew. They claimed he was working through the night as an excuse. When painting the moldings in the bathrooms, they must have put ladders in our tub/shower combos and cracked them both in more than one area. I alerted them to this and they encouraged me to have them patched and said they would credit me for it. We agreed at the time. We did not find out until the repairs were being done that the repairs would most likely hold but it would damage the overall life of the tub/shower combos. They should have contacted their insurance company. They got paint on the floors and scratched them. One of the owners came out and rubbed the finish off of the floors trying to get some paint off. I asked them to stop so they would not damage them further. They did not prep the doors and molding correctly or at all and there are drip marks and dirt/sand painted onto the moldings. They sent a second taint team out for 1/2 a day to retouch the moldings/doors. They simply painted over a few areas. The person who was later sent to paint our cabinets and shutters (hired through Precision Painters) was allotted about 2 days to do repairs. She said it would all have to be redone to be done properly & she did not have time because she needed to start another cabinet job. PP requested further payment and threatened to contact their lawyers. So, I finally wrote them a negative Google review. They then contacted their insurance about the floors only & asked me to remove the review. The floors were settled but not the poor/unfinished paint or tub/showers as they should have. I requested they send the adjuster. They refused & threatened to take me to court.Customer response

Our claim has been resolved. They agreed to zero out our bill and leave us alone. We did not bother to ask for a refund on what we had already paid. We just needed to be done with this company. Thank you for your help.All the best,******** ******
