Four Seasons installed an irrigation system and provided a 1 year warranty on the system (we have the paperwork). The system was installed in November 2021. In May 2022 when we first programmed the controller for the season we noticed it was defective and would lose the watering programs. We have repeatedly contacted Four Seasons (Daniel B********, owner) starting May 16, 2022 via voice message, texts and emails. We have the documentation. The owner has either ignored us (majority of time), replied with too busy or the last contact on October 24, 2022 with a response of "I'll get out there to take a look." We offered Four Seasons the option of sending a check for us to purchase and install a replacement; no response. Four Seasons has not returned to the property to inspect, repair, or replace the controller.
