i did my application with wesley g**** at ****** ***** ********** on october 14, i paid my admin and application fee. i was sent a welcom letter 5 days later with move in date and fees. I get there to move in october 28, first there is no one in office and there was no one there they had a written note on the door about how office was closed until futher notice. the maintence man of the property was nice enough to act conserned but called a leasing manger there only for her to tell me they dont have an apartment ready for me. the property manger sabrina told me to get a hotel with my move and money and she would call me for my apartment on monday , i got no call and just asked for my money back and no reply the sister property cobb creek later let me know she quit...... i never heard from no one at that property also a Morty shitffman is a scammer he claimed to overnight my money back and he never answers the phoneInitial Complaint

I lived in ** **** ********** in ************* ** from September 2021-September 2022. It was bought by dasmen residential. Once it was bought we never received help from maintenance again in a timely manner. Our apartment flooded with sewage water and it didn’t get cleaned until a week later and I was about of work for a whole week because I work form home. I also had to pay for a hotel for the week as well. I never signed a new lease and my lease was up that month. I have the manager a notice that I would be vacating when my lease was up and she stated this was fine and let me know that she would prorate my rent so I wouldn’t have to pay but only half due to the issue stated above. I payed the rent she asked for and moved out. Since then I’ve been getting emails stating I owe almost $3000 in rent. One from this months and I haven’t lived there in months!Initial Complaint

Have been dealing with plumbing issues for the past 7 months, tub won't drain and now I have a busted pipe causing my toilet to flood out of water is applied to the apartment, so no water now. Guess that takes care of the tub not draining since I can't use any water. This place doesn't care about fixing anything, you have to fix it yourself if you can. You can't ever talk to anybody at the office or at their corporate office to get anything resolved. It's literally they throw you in and say fend for yourself till your lease is up then we will fix things after you move out. I just want a working tub toilet and sink and live out the rest of my lease but these people could care less about anything other than their wallet. I have emailed their corporate office also back in June and never got an email back or anything.
