Today July 18th 2024 at 4:14pm I went into KFC to pick up my online order. A family meal 8 piece and nugget meal which cost me $26.99 plus tax. I get home to only find the chicken was very sticky when trying to swallow thr chicken and very dry. I don't know if it was bad grease or sat to long. I've never had chicken become sticky in your mouth before. Needless to say I go back to the KFC for a refund. The young lady told me I had to call a customer service number because I ordered online. My complaint is the whole customer service process I had to go through horrible. The representative told me she could only give me a partial refund of $13 and some change but couldn't tell me why. She kept saying those is our process and I can decline the offer and send my claim to upper management. No supervisor, managers or anyone to explain why the partial refund. I returned the whole dinner back to KFC. No food no money!!Business response

Did I accept partial payment from KFC? I didn't accept partial payment. I kept asking why the partial payment and she couldn't give me an answer. I returned the whole meal not partial. I'm out of a meal and money because I used KFC app online service.
