Date of the job - May 1st. We were happy with the job, but realized after they left, that one section had not been done. I called that day to inform them. It has now been over 3 months and the job has not been completed. I called twice and have written 5 emails. My husband also wrote an email and got no response. One time he actually mentions that he will "finish" the job. There is basically NO communication. They were paid in full on day one. My last email says I will no longer write to them because it doesn't make a difference. Still no response. I hate going in the BBB/court direction, but they are giving me no other choice.Initial Complaint

Work was completed on May 2, 2022 and follow up on Aug 9, 2022. I paid the contractor $400 with check # ****. Superior Contracting installed roughly 25 feet of curbing at my home in **************. Within two weeks we had several cracks in the concrete. I contacted the owner and he sent a crew back out to make the repairs. The same area cracked within days and it appears the repaired area was not mixed with the correct color. The owner has not responded to my follow up calls, emails or texts to correct the issue. After I posted negative feedback on ****** regarding the sloppy work the owner contacted me and said he wasn't comfortable returning my money until the curbing was removed. I removed the curbing and had it hauled away. Now the owner refuses to respond to my calls and emails requesting my refund. I have supplied the owner with picture along the way and can make them available. I also have phone logs, emails and texts that have been sent in an attempt to resolve the issue.Initial Complaint

Homeowner engaged Cary Creamer, owner to install landscape curbing on 8/31/22. Design and color noted on invoice. Install date to be October 2022. Several weeks prior to install date homeowner received call in early morning company was on the way to install. Upon arrival invoice had correct name and wrong address. Upon installation crew had homeowner look at product that was being installed. Homeowner did not have picture of agreed product as it was submitted to the HOA. As stated before the color and pattern were written on the invoice however it appeared darker because it was wet. After product dried, neither the color nor the pattern was correct. During the installation process, the sealant cylinder broke and sealant was sprayed over portions of the yard killing the grass. Two sprinkler heads were covered by the curbing and the curbing is now cracking in several places. Approximately three weeks after the install, an employee name, Scott called to set up an install date. After learning, the curbing was already installed he was informed of the issues. He promised to fix the issues and stated he would get back to us. We have never heard from him. Multiple calls were attempted to reach the owner prior to speaking to Scott. Attempts were made to reach the company through email as well as social media. No one has ever returned our call. We have attempted to locate the store on Mink Ave and there is no storefront.Initial Complaint

On 8/26/2022 Superior Curbs came to My home to install concrete curbs around my flower beds. The curb was to be a brick pattern with a turtle stamped into the concrete every 7 to 10. I explained to the company exactly what I wanted done in writing via text message. The work they did was extremely sloppy. They forgot to add the turtles then went back patched the area and did the turtle stamp. Now you can clearly see they patches the area. Additionally they did not smooth out the curbing and did a sloppy job of installing the brick pattern. You can already see the curb starting to deteriorate. They also spilled concrete all over my property and left it there causing grass to to die, and left spilled concrete on my driveway, in flower beds , on the house foundation and siding. Bottom line the job was to enhance the value of my property but they instead damaged it. I reached out to the company Friday evening and did not hear back so I stopped payment on the check I gave them for the work. I did receive a text back fro them this afternoon.
