Provider continues to miscode my office visit from 9/23/2021. They claim that I came in for a diagnosis (not covered by insurance and billed me for $267.36) but the fact is that the visit was just a regular physical with no diagnosis. They are now threatening to send this to a collections agency. My original bill from 11/15/2021 has the following service codes: XXXXX, XXXXX, XXXXX. I just received a new bill on 8/18/2022 with an additional code: XXXXX. Provider will not explain to me what the additional service code is for - I'm just being told it was a diagnosis visit.Business response
