J,&D Tree Care LLC, has been a Thorn-in-my-Side, since they stepped into my property nearly 2 months ago. They were referred to me by a neighbor. The ************** Version of this nightmare, began to reveal itself when they left a mess of small pieces of debris in my front and back yards. When a co-owner was questioned about the small pieces of debris in the driveway, he told me, that he had "left the blower at home." What's ha-ha funny, he honestly must have thought that I believed that DAMN LIE. He's co-owner of a mid-size tree care service, and he has Only one blower. I had to hire someone else to clean up the remnants of their mess. The major catastrophe was: while the co-owner was in the "lift-bucket" trimming a Large Tree in my yard, I observed him negligently allowing a HUMONGOUS tree limb to fall about 25 Feet from the tree onto one of my relatively new HVAC Units. The HUMONGOUS limb damaged the HVAC Unit so badly until now it's basically inoperable. The limb that he negligently allowed to damage my HVAC Unit was at least 20 feet long and around 4 feet in circumference. It actually took two young guys to carry it a short distance to the wood chipper.. J & D Tree Care LLC, is DENYING that their outright NEGLIGENCE is responsible for the damages done to my 7-year-old HVAC Unit. I submitted an invoice to them from a large reputable local Heating, Air and Plumbing company, for over $3,000, a couple of weeks ago. I had not heard back from them, until I contacted them, today. The co-owner who is responsible for this situation sent me an email, informing me, that their Three experts DON'T believe that a tree limb of that size and weight falling at least 25 feet to the ground can cause the damages that were done to my HVAC Unit. They are REFUSING to repair it. Summer is now here, and I am left without any AC in a part of my house. My final word of advice is: whatever you do, DON'T HIRE J & D Tree Care LLC for ANYTHING, because you WILL REGRET IT!!
