My husband and I purchased a STAR EV for $19,458.42 on 12/29/22. This was a paid in full transaction. Since that time, we have had to TAKE the cart back to the dealer for 4 defects, the latest being today 04/14/23. We were told that loose wires were found, and it was all taken care of. We didn't even get it home, and the turn signal was broken again. We requested the system to be replaced, but but the owner of the business said it wasn't necessary. Later this afternoon, we received a call from LowCountry telling us to come pick up the cart. We know that it is NOT fixed for us, however, my husband asked why we should pick up a broken cart, and the shop said they would were just told to call and tell us to pick it up. There is no resolution for any customer with business practices such as that. Could you please help us, ***** and ****** *****Business response

Please read the attached response and corresponding invoice history.
We certainly do not want unhappy customers. In this case, I am not sure how to make them happy as I did what they asked me to do.
