On June 5 ***** affter upgrading my electrical wire for my home I immediately started having issues with my power jumping off and on which caused a power surge; from June 5- 7 I observed more power surge which caused my ****************** to blow and Polk Electric will not reimburse me for my lost. I have called this company every week since this incident all they do is give me is 'I'lll look into it. Never hear from them unless I call them.Business response

This issue has been resolved with ******************.
She requested $581.00 to settle this issue and I gave her a check for $600.00.
She told me she was satisfied with the money in settlement.
