      I ordered two sets of press on nails back in June and mind you it's November already. it's been 5 months man, i just need to realize i've been ripped off for $114 because i'm clearly never getting my package. i don't even care about no refund cuz i just wanted the nails. i've sent her multiple emails, being as nice as i can and i've moved since i've ordered them that's how long this process is taking so i emailed her to update my shipping address to ensure if the product gets shipped out (which it probably won't lol) that it'd be going to the right place and to my surprise no response at all. i just want the products i paid for that i've been waiting literally almost HALF A YEAR FOR.

      Items were ordered May 18th, 2023 and I have not received any status on my ordered. I have ordered previously and did not have any delayed nor mishaps with my order. I have tried to email this company requesting a status update regarding my order on June 18th and have not received any correspondence as of today. The number (864-********)I tried was no help at all.

      She's a TERRIBLE business owner she's a scammer. i have been waiting for my package since Feb of this year. she does not reply to email or dms. she needs to be shut down asap. i have not receieved my items. i want them for an event. her turn over time is 4 weeks and not 4 months. i had read all the reviews but she was a blackowner started out i wanted to believe that she was just getting the hang of things. 4 months is too long to be waiting on a package. she keeps changing emails. she will blocked you on her ** ******* post if you ask for ur items. she used our money to move but has not shipped out a package in months. she uses old video to make it look like she has shipped packages but has not. i have inboxed some of her customers to see if they too are having the same issue and they have said yes. she should not take on order if its too much for her. she recently posted a video on ********* of a sale but has not shipped out the old orders.

      I ordered from this company once before and received my order in a timely manner. I'm a very understanding person and I am very patient however I think it's a little unprofessional to leave people in the dark and wondering where there merchandise they paid for is at. November 16th I ordered another set of nails it's now May 2023 and I still haven't received my order. I spoke with the owner within the last 2 months who had Apologized for the delay and ensured my order would ship that Friday. No backlash or pressure from me I paitently waited even longer foe my order. I tried reaching out on the email she posted to contact her on and now she can not be reached. I have proof of purchase at this point I think I have been lied too and I would greatly appreciate the the merchandise I paid for or a refund.

      I made a purchase from Pressed and Polished on February 28th 2023 for $150.00 I haven't received my order. I've reached out to the company via email, social media with no response. I want my money back. This company is stealing money from customers. A warning should pop up when anyone visits the website for Pressed and Polished. The company should be shut down. Can someone please help me get my refund. Thank you

      Order date was 2/5/2023, today is 4/17/2023 I have not received my order or a response from this company after attempting to contact them myself through various platforms. This person keeps taking orders but has not shipped out many orders as apparently I’m not the only one dealing with this. I paid a total of $43.50. My order number for this order is #*********. My product was supposed to be shipped to *** ******* ** ** ******* *********** 38666.

      I placed an order over 7 months ago and reached out a number of times politely to ask for updates on my order or for a refund and I’ve either been blocked on all platforms or haven’t gotten a response back. I recently moved from the address I placed the order from so everything is just tiring at this point. I just want a refund

      This is my second time filing a complaint. I’ve been told that I will be refunded but no refund has been issued.

      I ordered from Pressed & Polished co on November 27, 2022. Her social media pages and her business website say that there is a four week turnaround time to receive the handmade press on nails. I understand that Time frame runs into Christmas and New Year’s. But I have contacted this woman on her social media platforms & via her business email. I have been very respectful when reaching out with my inquiries. She is not responding to any of my messages. And I found out yesterday that she removed my comments on social media. I don’t know if she muted me, blocked me, or restricted me in some way because none of my friends can see the comments that I posted on her public “business” page. At this point it is very unprofessional this is bad customer service my nails were never shipped that I paid money for and I want my money back. Since she likes to delete peoples comments on her page… I was able to find comments from other women who have been victims of her business on other women’s posts where they never received their nails and didn’t get a refund and she’s not responding to them either. At this point because I know she’s not ever going to ship out the nails it is January 31, 2023 she’s blocked me from being able to make comments for people to publicly see what she’s doing I want my money back. This is left a very bad taste in my mouth and I will never do business with any of these TikTok pages or Instagram pages again. I work very hard for my money all I wanted was her to communicate with me and she refused to do that and instead she wants to play games and remove messages. So with that being said please return my money. I have filed a claim with my bank but because it’s a charge that I did initially authorize thinking that it was a legitimate business and thinking I would get my press on nails they have encouraged me to reach out to her again to ask for a refund but of course she’s not responding. I have attached all evidence and receipts below. Thank you.

      This business has repeatedly scammed other customers and myself and she needs to be sued! Numerous people have been scammed by her she takes our money and does not send the merchandise or respond to emails!

      The customer was notified of a shipment. Once the shipment arrived the customer refused the package and has sent numerous of threatening, vulgar, and inappropriate messages via social media. The customer has opened a chargeback with her bank which is pending an investigation. I’ve notified all parties on my end for the investigation, submitted necessary documents, and currently waiting on a response from the bank. The owner of PressedAndPolishedco has not scammed anyone and customers have been notified of the delays of holiday season.
