  Purchased a **** ******* 2017 *** ********  Down payment of 2500$ of 11000$ Car note: 270$ Insurance:360$ Date of Purchase 4-11-2023 First date of incident: 4-15-2023 Late night around 11pm I was in the drive thru line at Cookout, and the car just completely shut down couldn’t crank it back up. Had to push it into a parking spot. Then wait about 2 hrs for my car to be to towed($60) to my house. Next morning I go up to the ******* ******* they tow it to ***** ************ and **** **** which they fixed a “sensor”next day I get the car driving fine. Second date of incident: 4-20-2023 About 6:30 I get in the car to go to work car won’t start it just cranks, so I was unable to commute to work that Friday. Skyline is closed on the weekends so I was without a car all weekend till Monday morning I called and got it towed to ***** ************ and **** **** they replaced the “battery” two days later I pick it up on Wednesday been driving fine till. Third date of incident: 5-5-2023 Coming off of a 10 hrs shift at 6:30am I get in the car try to start it, and it won’t start. Tried to get a tow but they wanted to charge me $250+ just to tow it home. At this point I was so tired because of 3rd shift so I just ****** home and left the car in the parking spot at work. Couple hours go by I get up go to the dealership in hopes of getting my money back they denied it all ways possible Fourth Date of incident: 6-1-2023 Coming off of work again try to start car it won’t start. Had security at my job jump it I still wouldn’t start. Took it to a jeep dealership they said the crankshaft position sensor was faulty they want 830 dollars to fix it

  Sorry to hear that, I will clarify what happens, the car was used and sold as is with no dealer warranty but was finance with Credit Acceptance and they include a third-party warranty (extended warranty) that can be used in any mechanic shop including the **** dealership. The customer call several times and we explain him that he needs to use the extended warranty and we explain him that the warranty is not with us as a dealer is with a third party and can be use in any shop he wants to use. The customer refuses to use the warranty and wants his money back but that is not an option because the new lien holder is Credit Acceptance not Skyline Imports.
