Since I only have 2000 letters I can use I’ll make it short to the best of my abilities. AMIR is the owner and HUNTER is the employee, Hunter had me all setup as far as blue prints HE made and sent me. Finally he makes a blueprint like what I was asking for and I agreed. I have multiple messages and confirmations that can prove so. Come to find out that the window is in the wrong area of the trailer. (Not what I asked for nor what he said I was going to get) also the style window is not what I paid for/said that I was going to get. I spoke with AMIR the owner and recorded all our phone calls as well for proof in the future if need be. Amir stated that he’ll fix the window. Calls me back 30 minutes later to tell me he fixed a window that was clearly untouched.. not sure where he thought he was going with that. I treated him with full respect knowing things aren’t going right. In the end the owner has the guts to tell his customer “IF I WERE YOU I WOULDNT COMPLAIN IT LOOKS GOOD”.. mind you I paid him 31,000$ to get something I did not ask for. I spit out an extra 2,100$ in the end because he said my oven install would be extra even though his employee said they would take care of it in the first place, He also stated that he informs all his customers of all these certain things when it comes to the job and I wasn’t informed on a single one. I truly believe that someone had a trailer built for them and they refused to buy it and they resold it to me.. I trusted a reputable business with my money and they delivered NOTHING they promised. I was not treated like a customer I was treated like the soil that lays under fecal matter. It’s unjust and unlawful for me to have to go through this when I paid my dues in full and was promised many things.I DO NOT believe this business should operate under any circumstances. I have a whole folder on this business and the person Mr AMIR is I’d be happy to send in to look at. I truly believe he knew I was young and took advantage of meCustomer response

Dear BBB,
I hope this letter finds you in good health. We appreciate your role in mediating consumer complaints and ensuring fair business practices. We are writing in response to the complaint filed against our company, Palmetto Trailer World, by ******* ************ on September 26,2023.
First and foremost, we take all customer feedback seriously and are committed to resolving issues promptly and fairly. However, after conducting a thorough investigation into the matter, we would like to provide our perspective on the complaint.
It is important to note that we adhere to strict company policies and procedures designed to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction. We have provided evidence that demonstrates our commitment to these standards. We have made every effort to maintain open lines of communication with ******* ************ and have provided all requested information and assistance as outlined in our correspondence [or attached documents].
We try to go above and beyond for each and every customer to which we even coordinated with the company building ******* ************' brick oven to ensure a seamless install when it arrived on our lot. However, as outlined in our correspondence, the oven took approximately (4) weeks longer than originally anticipated to arrive to which ******* ************ asked if he could keep his trailer on our lot for that allotted time, to which we agreed at no extra charge.
We also designed the rear window to the exact specifications and dimensions that were provided by ******* ************ and ******* ********, as outlined in our correspondence, however, the oven did not align to that window properly because the opening of the oven was smaller than described. We will never send out a product with our name on it that we thought was not fully complete to the customers satisfaction. Therefore, we took it upon ourselves to have one of our technicians fabricate an enclosure that would eliminate that gap in the window that would provide proper ventilation as seen in the attached documents.
After the trailer was completed and delivered to ******* ************ he began calling several of our employees and being extremely rude. He then went on our ****** Business Profile and submitted (5) one star reviews from fake accounts to which I contacted ****** Support and they confirmed that the IP address from the fake ****** accounts aligned with the address that ******* ************ provided. (We have contacted our legal counsel in regards to this as we do not take false accusations and slander lightly) I have provided screenshots with timestamps of the reviews that were submitted within a couple minutes of each other.
We have attached below all of our dialogue between ******* ************ and ******* ******** as well as pictures of the trailer completed, invoices, and reviews. We have much more evidence than the (5) file cap that we can upload if necessary.
We understand the importance of resolving disputes and ensuring customer satisfaction. While we believe our actions were appropriate in this case, we remain open to further dialogue with ******* ************ to reach an amicable resolution. Please let us know if there are any additional steps or information required to address this matter effectively.
