I am trying to get a refund back for $75 that I paid on November 4, 2022 so I could make an appointment to get my teeth cleaned. I was told it was a deposit and it would be credited back on my card after I showed up for the appointment on November 10, 2022. So I called on November 30, 2022 to Palmetto Family and Cosmetic Dentistry to check on my refund and they refuse to credit my card back and said they would hold as a credit balance instead. I owe them no money on my account. I was not made aware that it was nonrefundable. I never signed any documents when I became a patient stating I would have to do so. I’ve been a patient there for 6 plus years. They said they just started this policy 2 years ago.Business response
