I ordered 8 items from DragonFly Games on July 1, 2021 in the total amount of $262.07. I received 2 of 8 items in November 2021. The 2 items I received totaled $40. On October 22, 2021, I received an email from Kaylie P from DragonFly Games indicating that there was a supply chain issue and that once they receive more information, they will send another update. No other updates from October 22, 2021 to now (Sep 13, 2022) were made. I have called their number multiple times and there is no answer. Their website is invalid. When I search for them on google, I see many complaints on BBB and reddit indicating that customers never received their items nor did they receive any refund. My bank will no longer allow me to dispute this charge. I would like for DragonFly Games to face their consequences and also refund mine and many other customers' money.Initial Complaint

I had preorders from this company before they shut down. I was continually lied to on the phone saying I was getting refunded. For over 2 months. Since these were preorders and didn't come out for a month or so when I ordered, by the time it released it was already to late to do a chargeback from my bank. Now it's been over 8 months I never got a refund and have no idea where to go from here since they are in South Carolina and I'm in California. I was supposed to recieve a preorder 4/1/22 never recieved it. Tried to go on the website it's been down since February, and trying to call is a waste of time. I emailed and have yet to get any form of response i spent $277.49 for the 2 items and have yet to see or hear anything about them. Google even says thelat they are permanently closed. In June of 2021 I made 2 purchases to pre order ******* booster boxes. They were set to release in August of 2021. I paid 130 dollars per order. To this date they still have not sent out my products. I have emailed them on 3 occasions telling them to refund my money since they cannot provide product. One time I got a response stating the products will be shipping within the next month. And no responses to the other. I have sent ******* messages and more emails with no response this week. They took their website down claiming due to site maintenance but it has been down since February now and it is May. They still have their ******* and ****** up. They have "sold" and promised product with refusal to deliver anything almost an entire year later. I am sure I am not the only one who has had their money taken from this company. 260 dollars is not a lot in the grand scheme of things but it is a decent amount when you thought you were going to recieve something in return for the money and have not. The company just doesn't reply or answer calls so that you can get a refund. Horrible company.Initial Complaint

I have not received 2 orders I've placed with the company. I found out through ******* that the company closed down as of 4/5/2022 and I have not received my refunds for the 2 preorders items since September. Transaction Date: 06/20/2021 Amount: $208.00 Product: 2 - ******* TCG: ******** ***** Booster Boxes Dispute: I placed this order in June of 2021 and my order was supposed to be fulfilled in August of 2021. The did not have the inventory at the time and said that they would ship my order once they received inventory. After a waiting for an extended amount of time, I asked for a refund via phone in January of 2022. The associate I spoke to over the phone said that they would change the status of my order, but a higher up needs to approve the refund. I waited a few weeks and nothing changed. I called again and they said they are working on refunds and to wait a bit longer. Now the company is out of business and I have still not received a refund. I made the following preorders but I was never sent product and when I tried to reach out for a refund the number doesn't work, the website is down, and google says "PERMENANTLY CLOSED".
