Carolina Flooring Specialists installed an epoxy floor in my garage on June 16, 2022 for $1600.00 Within two days I noticed small pools of muddy water oozing through the epoxy. I called the company and ****** ****** assured me he would come and reseal the floor. I never heard from him and he did not return my calls. Later the condition worsened and the epoxy began to peel off in handfuls. I sent him pictures of it and asked him to please contact me. He will not return m y calls. ****'s calls were missed due to a change in management. Once we got in contact with **** and reviewed the situation, we determined, and **** agreed, there was a water issue with his garage. Hydrostatic pressure was causing the "muddy water" to push through his concrete, affecting the epoxy bond. This matter was resolved at the request of **** by completely removing the epoxy, providing him with a clean concrete surface.
