Date of purchase was 23 May 2024, I paid $2700 cash for a go-kart. When I got the go-kart home, it did not work. I spoke with Thomas (the salesman at the shop) who gave me an email for the owner and was told that the owner monitored and responded to emails all the time. I've not received one email or phone call back. I was told the shop would be closed from the 25th to the 2nd of June and when I brought the kart back on the 3rd, they were closed. Thomas told me when I purchased the kart, there was a 90 day warranty on parts. However, they do not have a mechanic so I took it to another shop to be looked at and the motor needs to be replaced. Now I cannot get anyone at K&K Power Sports to respond to emails or phone calls. I want my money refunded or they can pay to have the motor replaced as the motor is covered by the warranty.
