This company is terrible **********************. They came to fix my water heater and on the day that they were scheduled to come they were a no call no show. I went to weeks without hot water because they had to reschedule me because they didn't show. So my replacement date got pushed back two weeks. They came and installed my water heater and they broke the sliding door where it was located. They also pushed out to electrical outlets out of my wall. And they damaged my walls when they were taking up the old water heater. They told me they were going to come that next Monday to fix all of the damages. Once again they were a no call no show. I was furious. A technician came the next day on Tuesday to fix the damages. He didn't fix anything instead he just offered me a check to get everything fixed. He asked how much I wanted and I said I didn't know because I don't know how much all of this would cost. Also as a new dad to a four-month-old, I do not have time to do all this work myself. I also do you know how to do all of this work myself. I asked for the owner of the company and he said he was a part owner and that it was a family business. And as him being a part owner he was trying to put the blame on me saying that all of my stuff was broken before he came. And everything was working fine I just want my stuff fixed. I don't want a blank check I just want my house the way it was. This company is the worst company I've ever dealt with and my 28 years. I honestly don't understand business. Today is Thursday and I am still waiting on a call from him or another part owner to figure out what they need to do to fix the damages they created. This is an utter disaster and I do not wish this company upon anyone to do any work in their homes ever again. This company should be ashamed of them selves and shut down. Johnson HVAC has terrible customer service. And the lady who answers the phone is a dispatcher but cannot connect me to the owners. Do not ever use them please.
