I hosted a local 5K on October 21st to raise money for our local After Prom. I had all of my registrants register through the All Sport Central website. There were issues with their website at one point and all attempts to contact them produced nothing. I have not received any payment from All Sport Central for the registrants that paid them for their website. I am owed around $1580. I have called and left messages as well as emailed. The website is no longer active. Please help me.Customer response

My wife and I put on a race, *** ********* 5K, 10K and Half Marathon, through allsportcentral.com, and have for the last few years. When requesting the funds for the race, $***** I did not hear anything in return. I have tried emailing and calling since 10 April 2023. The web address just went down within the last week.Customer response

We hired AllSportsCentral to run out Annual Firecracker 5k race in ***************. It is a non-profit race and proceeds are donated back to the community. AllSportsCentral owes us $*** that according to their own policy is to be aid out within 30 days after the event. We have yet to receive a payment. I have tried to call, sent emails, had other members try to call and have heard NOTHING.Business response

They are there waiting for you and have been reissued dated 11/1/22 and 11/16/22 waiting to be cashed. They will expire in 90 days. We used all sport central as a registration platform for a fundraising race we hosted in November of 2021. No money had been paid to us and no one will return my calls or emails. I have tried more them 10 times in the past 6 weeks to reach someone by phone. We would like to be paid the money so we can pay our expenses from the raceBusiness response

I work for a non-profit ****************************** and we do a big fundraiser every year to help raise money for our organization. We went through All Sport Central located in ************************ to manage all of our registrations coming in for our 5k/10k event. All Sport Central gave us less than half of the money that we raised, we have yet to see the rest of our checks. I have tried calling numerous times and no one answers, I leave voicemails and no one calls me back. I have also tried emailing and putting in support tickets on there website and I still have yet to hear from anyone. We need to receive our money, as we are non-profit and use this money to help fund some of our services. We will not be going through this company again, but we still need to receive our checks.
