I was sold a vehicle under the pretense that it was free of any mechanical issues and/or problems, with claims that all their vehicles are thoroughly inspected and if needed, repaired to a standard of quality, which meets or exceeds a customers expectation. Well, this is hog wash, as nobody you or I know would be content or the least bit satisfied after paying above market value for a vehicle with a shot out transmission, on its last legs, likely doctored by some cheap transmission repair remedy, designed to veil the underlying issue just long enough to unload their problem onto some gullible ******** who is soon to realize what kind of a deal he really got, as the car begins to fall apart 2 weeks after driving it off the lot of these over achievers, who favor the business ideals of over promise and under deliver, as opposed to shooting it straight & ditching the **!

Customer bought vehicle "as is". He was offered an extended warranty and declined. We have signed forms from him declining all warranties and acknowledging he was buying the vehicle as is. Customer called the store and admitted to the salesman he wasn't sure how to get the vehicle out of 4 wheel drive. Which means he could have been driving it in the 4 low gear setting thus causing the transmission issues he's alluding to. Vehicle was inspected less than one week before customer bought it and was found to be mechanically sound.Customer response

Ive spoke with a rep at roughlock today and he was able to clear up the issue I was having . I was incorrect in my assumptions and the issue has been resolved. Sorry for having wasted your time.
