Horrible! I put my white monogramed lab coat in this place. First, the spot wasn't removed. Then they offered to clean it again and now they LOST IT! The so called manager or whatever title is (black man with glasses whose attitude changes with the weather) appears to be extremely nonchalant about the whole situation. He is laughing and joking and I'm not playing. He then states it's human error and if we can't find it I can pay for it. ***, as a RN I understand human error. However, I left my belongings in your care. You seem to think of it as a joke. Just because it is "human error" that doesn't excuse the fact you LOST my belongings. You need to learn customer service! Find my coat, buy me another one, and don't ever worry about my service again! I'll stick with the mom and pop cleaners!

On June 5, 2023 I took a pair of pants back to Dry Clean Super Center to get the pant zipper repaired. The handle of the zipper was ripped from the zipper. I was told by a manager that the zipper will be replaced and it will be ready in three days. On June 8, 2023 I went to pick up the pant. The zipper was replaced but the wrong color thread was used and the sewing was unprofessionally done. I was told by the manager that it will be ready in two days. On June 10, 2023 I went back again the pants were not ready. On June 14, 2023 I went back again and the pants still was not ready. A manager told me that the thread to match the pants will have to be ordered because they could not find it locally and it would take another week. First, the pants should have been repaired the first time with the correct color thread. If there was going to be a delay, I as the customer should have been notified. But yet I had to go and come to the place of business four times. I will take my pants back as long as the zipper is installed correctly and there is no other damage to the pants. I am not seeking money as of now. I just want my pants repaired because in my opinion there is an employee there that ripped the zipper handle off and that is being mischievous, dishonest, and lack integrity.
