I ordered a bulk order from Appalachian Hivery on October 28th. This was beekeeping equipment to be picked up at a beekeeping conference 2 months later on January 6th. I sent a check to *************************** (the owner) on October 28th. He cashed my check on November 7th in the amount of $2115.20. The supplies were supposed to be brought to the conference and 1 day before the conference he sent an email saying he couldn't bring my supplies because his shop burned down. I'm not sure this is accurate because other people at the conference received their orders. I had already rented a large Uhaul truck to get the supplies so I was out that money as well. I told him at the conference that I wanted my money back and he said he would mail it. We've had several correspondence since but he has not returned my money. All emails have been kept if you need them.Customer response

The owner met with me this morning and refunded my money in full.
