Workers came to my home that were not original involved in the planning of the project. Areas of my home were damaged floors and walls during the work that now has to be corrected. I was told that I was being charged $800 for materials on the day that I asked the workers to leave, but when I asked for an invoice which is still yet to be provided, I was told it's now $275. An invoice has still not been provided to show what I paid for. I paid the company $1500 for 5 hours of work that was originally quoted at $65/ hour. The numbers don't add up. The work that they supposedly completed has to be completely redone. The texture placed on the wall has to be removed and replaced. The paint sheen on the wall was incorrect, so everywhere that it was placed has to be repainted. I contacted the company, and communicated with the estimator Tom D****** and the general manager, Rob C**. It has been difficult o deal with both of them. I want to know the total amount that should have truly been charged to me. I feel as though I was taken advantage of and scammed.Business response
