I bought a washer form this business which did not work, returned it and got another washer which did not work. Returned that washer and the manager said his credit machine was not working so he could not issue credit of $415.00 at that time. That was in December. As of today the 6th of February I have not received the credit. I have opened a claim with the fraud department of my credit card. Just for your information he placed both non working washers back on display for resale. When we returned the washer we had to give him our original sales receipt which he did not return and he did not give a receipt for the return. This complete fiasco was handled by my Grandson as I was in a wheel chair and on crutches at the time due to an injury to my knee. I believe this was the reason he thought he could get away with not returning my money as he was dealing with a younger person who was not used to crooked merchants. My Grandson has returned several time asking about my refund and is told each time the machine is not working yet!! I believe this is complete fraud!!!Business response

Purchased what was suppose to be a pillow top queen to put in my bed room Finally took out the plastic and measured for the space and based on measurements I was sold a double bed and not a queen size .. I would like to return and receive a refund or at least the correct size mattressBusiness response

We are unable to locate customer in our records. Please ask customer for a purchase date and a receipt number (a copy of the receipt).We did not receive a response from Bus with receipt info/date. Sent email to con asking if she could send the receipt.
