****!!! This car sales company is under the misguided idea that the extended warranty **** **** is mandatory for their customers. The rate of this in dollar amounts was over $10,000. It was unwanted and made extremely clear on several occasions that we did not want a ****** extended warranty on the car, however the salesman and the loan officer To try to press this issue and force us into an extended warranty. Last time I checked unwanted advances that result in loss of Money or self worth would be considered rape. The salesman was friendly, however, ******** ********** in that He did not understand that when we signed the initial cost payment that that was what we were shooting for and trying to tell us this was not the case I get the car salesman’s butt pull your head out of your ***. Without the extended warranty Car payment ended up being Just over $300 per month with the ******** warranty it would have been almost $500 per month Thank you, but no thank you this would have came out more than double the cost of a new transmission or motor for the vehicle. Some of the most expensive things that could be repaired ever. We did end up purchasing the Car only after fighting with yelling and threatening with the loan officer who then got on the phone with his manager to realize that we can buy a car without being raped with your extended warranty. I am a grown adult man I have never purchased a vehicle with an extended warranty due to exorbitant cost unnecessary need as well as just general fact They are a lot cheaper from anywhere else. This review could have been lot better for Mountain View at 153 if we have been upfront and honest about the price as well as the extended warranty, however, attempting to lie to me and tell me that the extended warranty is mandatory does nothing but piss me off as it would most people that understand cars or car sales. If you do choose to purchase from this company, I would recommend make it very clear not to do the extended warranty.Review from Casey W

I tested and then purchased a Buick in May of this year(2023) and not even 24 hours later the check engine light came on and the ac stopped working. This is after their sales person assured me it had been through a multi-point inspection (That I highly doubt happened now) and flashed the carfax report to back them up. I voiced my complaints to my sales person the next day who got me in touch with the service department and their manager. They were nice and wanted to make things right since my experience went sour immediately after purchase. The company covered the rental and the multiple fixes that the warranty wouldn't cover. This lasted over 3 weeks. From what I was told, most of that time was spent with the vehicle sitting and waiting on the warranty to see what it would cover. The fixes included a hole in the exhaust, a turbocharger, and an oil leak that took out the air compressor. My warranty covered one fix while the company covered the others. Again, I appreciate they did this, but honestly it was the least they could do to make this right. They sold me a faulty product that they assured was checked out and deamed worthy of sale... It was not. Once it's all said and done, I check my bank account a few days later and the rental company surprise charged me over $400. Initially, instead of paying for the whole rental time, like they said they would, they only paid for two weeks worth. Nobody said any of this to me, I had to call and get this information along with the new invoice that reflected it. They did end up giving me a reimbursement for this surprise charge claiming this has never happened with them before. I also had to buy the vehicle a new key fob because the one and only key they gave with the vehicle was a spare and it would beep at me like I was a thief every time I went to unlock it. So that was another $300. To top it all off, the ac still isn't working and the check engine light is back on again along with the tire sensor...Review from Chris B

Bought a high end used car there and not 30 min down the road after signing paperwork, the check engine light comes on and they tell me that my problem because no warranty. Was 2nd vehicle I purchased from them....and last. I would not recommend this dealership at all.Review from Ryan L.

I’m so disappointed. I got a 2020 Jeep Cherokee there also 1 month ago. The low oil pressure light came on within 2 weeks of having it. I called the service center and they got me in the next week on a Thursday. The day before my appointment the jeep stopped working going up the mtn on my husbands way home in 100 degree weather. The check engine light was on at this point. I called to see if they would have a tow truck come and get it and take it to their shop and they said I would have to call my extended warranty people to see if they would pay because they wouldn’t, so I did. The extended warranty people said they would pay up to $100 and we would have to pay the rest but honestly that’s not fair to me. We shouldn’t have to pay anything for this Jeep when only having it for not even a month at this point but anyways. When I went to go drop it off the check engine light cut off and the low oil pressure light go figure. We called to check up on the jeep Tuesday and they said they couldn’t find anything wrong with it and that I could come get it. I’m livid at this point so the next day ‘Today” my husband tried to see if we could just switch out to a different vehicle because I don’t trust this jeep anymore and they said they wanted to make it right and try. Long story short we didn’t get another car because they didn’t recommend it due to probably packing a payment onto the other one we would get. I’m so irritated at this point. They told us to take it to jeep and see if there is something going on but we would have to pay for the diagnostic test. Not fair to me, we leave to go to the service center and we get my keys to leave and my jeep was EMPTY they literally used half a tank of gas and didn’t put any back in it. My husband goes inside all they say is,”we had to test drive it”… this is not cool. I don’t recommend getting anything from here and I will never go back for future purchases.Review from Debra N.

This place does not do what they say their going to do.Got a car in April sales lady told me she was going to have 3 things fixed which I asked when I saw it. After I bought the car, they asked if I had it written on paper, no I was going on good faith as they did with me on the trade in, deposit, etc., they have continuously lied to me & now I’m stuck with a car, that has water in the headlights,blinker pushed in where you can’t even see it, they have lied and cheated me of this things & accused me of lying, which I have a daily written diary of everything that was said and done!! And have gotten the run around every time I’ve tried to discuss w/ upper authority, and still haven’t Received a call back, email, or text from them either.Review from Tommy T

Mtn view 153 I bought a truck under the agreement somethings would be fixed.after calling 4 times put on hold every time asking for the sales person then they tell me he’s not in today ask to speak to a manager he said I would not like what he had to say because it’s between me and the salesman he not responsible for his team I never heard that before they have been dodging my calls he said they would contact me tomorrow I feel people should know they tell you what you want to here to make the sale then good luck I will. Let u know if they come through on there promise
