I signed up for a season of lawncare with APEX Lawncare (***************************************************************************) in January, 2023. The cost was $1,710. When the service started I had a crew come to my yard and use weedeaters to to cut my whole yard. The result was that the grass was taller than if it had been cut with a mower. So it needed cutting again much sooner. I asked for a mowed yard and they sent another crew. But they only came 3 times in March and none in April. My yard was the shaggiest in the neighborhood. On April 12 I hired a different contractor for mowing, left a voice message and email for *********************** *************; ***** @apexlawncaretn) requesting a refund for services not yet rendered in the amount of $1,596. Asked for him to review and let me know if this was a fair settlement. His relpy on April 14 was that he saw my call and email and had not read it yet; he was tied up all day with client meetings. Last I have heard from him. The phone contact for ******, the operations guy is no longer answered by ******, but by another guy who says I have the wrtong number. Other phone numbers listed for Apex Lawncare *************) are answered by *****'s voice asking you to leave a message or onn ***********, ** line is by an aoperator who tells you the maolbox is full. How do I proceed?Customer response

Have not heard from Apex Lawncare. Have called several times and left messages and hand-delivered a letter to their office. No rep[y.
