Website advertises 3-5 shipping. It’s been 3 weeks and I haven’t received my package. It looked like it shipped from China, and has been stuck in one location for a while

I ordered a maternity gown and when it arrived it smelled like Febreze and smoke. After three polite emails asking for a refund customer service rep Susana continued to refuse and told me to "contact ***" about the issue because "there is no way the smell came from us." The smell was so embedded in the fabric I have serious doubts that it was cleaned properly. Also, I posted asking a question on their ******** page about my issue and they blocked me! After emailing a fourth time and saying I had contacted the CEO, they said they'd refund me $8, my initial request. I said I'd really appreciate a 15% refund ($4 more!) for all the trouble it took to get the refund and they refused. There are so many stats about how bad unhappy customers are for business—they will tell up to 20 people, it's 7x as expensive to get a new customer as keep an old customer, bad news spreads 2x as fast as good news, it takes around 12 good experiences to make up for 1 bad experience, etc. This is a company that would rather save $4 than have a satisfied customer! I saw another person had an issue with their dress arriving damaged and they had to raise **** to get a 10% refund. If your dress arrives in an undesirable condition it will not get resolved in a satisfying manner by this company! They would rather save a few measly dollars than have happy customers and ensure they have a good reputation! I do not recommend renting from them, I would buy or rent from somewhere else!

I am 8 months pregnant and have an event this coming Saturday. I ordered a dress rental, up a size like they recommended, and I grew more than expected. I paid for a rental and shipping, the dress does not fit. They will not refund me OR offer me a dress size up. All they are offering is a 15% off coupon. You would think that as a company making money off of pregnant people, they would have a little bit of compassion for their clients. Now, I am out of the money I paid for the rental and have no gown to wear for my event. Poor customer service and a lack of understanding on their behalf.
