I was searching for the best deals on the AR-*** Spa (hot tub) from AquaPlace located in Florida. I placed an order with AquaPlace in FL for the AR-*** Spa. Within a day, I received a notice that they (manufacturer in FL) could not ship this model to California. Apparently, California has some kind of restriction on this model. They offered several alternatives, including canceling the order. I chose to cancel and received a refund. I continued to search for the Best deal online for the ******** Select 400 4-Person Plug and Play with 20-Jets Graystone color plus four other items (see attached receipt) when AquaPlace Market popped up on my computer offering the best price. They stated they had been in business many years and had customer statements to back it up. I placed an order for the model 400 to AquaPlace Market, Warehouse located at 2350 Pembroke Road, Clarksville, ** XXXXX phone # XXX-XXX-XXXX. They emailed me confirming the order. I returned their email asking them when is the projected delivery date and they stated on or before April 20, 2022. They also stated the shipping information would be provided via email as soon as it ships. I've tried several times to contact them by email and phone. I get a busy signal every time I call and error code of 404 Error when I try them by email. So, I contacted AquaPlace in Florida on their website chatroom. They said they have received many complaints about AquaPlace Market. I called Clarksville Area ******* of ******** to see if AquaPlace Market is listed at their posted address. She asked if i ordered an aquarium from that address and I said no. She said there is no business by that name listed at that address. That is when I realized I had been scammed! Please help, I do not want to see other folks scammed by these people. Their order #3421 dated 3-28-2022.Initial Complaint

Purchase small hot tub from online retailer. To be shipped within 2 weeks. I received a confirmation email. My card was charged $****.** I emailed the business to determine ship date. Website is now down, email is bounced back and Phone number simply has busy tone.Initial Complaint

We purchased a hot tub from "aquaplacemarket.com" on March 21st. We paid $******** in full as a credit card payment. We were not sent tracking information and have not received the hot tub nor do I think we will. The website has since been taken down, any email gets sent back to me as undeliverable and the only phone number I can find for them isn't in service.
