Cataract surgery performed one eye on ********** & the other eye on *********** Was paid in full before surgeries. Insurance was filed and was direct deposited into their account on *********. And a letter noting if no balance due refund insured. They know it is there. I just can't get it back. Total owed ** is $******. I have been calling weekly, with no person knowing working that knows who their administrator is or who can help. ** insurance company says yes this is ** money and that they are committing fraud. I was last told on ********* that check was being cut & put in the mail that afternoon. Waited till ********* no check. Called back cannot ever speak to same person only first name given & then no one knows a person by that name. And now on ********* I was told by person I spoke to that it is still being reviewed. This is after their billing department said check was in the mail. This has been going on since ********* All I want is ** *** dollars back. And for the office worker's get acquainted with their co-workers and more training. This has went on long enough. Thank you ***** ******Business response

The staff has since been trained on processes and the RCM team has been made aware of the cash posting issues.
