      Had the car for 3 weeks and it started messing up. Paid $500 to be checked out and was told mice ate wiring harness. Worked for one week and then it quit accelerating, cruise control, and airbag/engine light came on. (Same issues that were happening previously.)Paid $140 today to have it checked out. Was told someone crawled under my car and made a clean cut to one of the wires underneath the car. They were the last ones to even touch anything on the vehicle. Now theyre trying to charge me again. I believe they sold me the car from the get go already damaged. I live out in the country with little to no activity anywhere.

      I took my 2016 buick encore to kirk nissan to have work done on it because it felt like the transmission was slipping they told my boyfriend that they drove it 10 miles and put it on their machine and there was nothing wrong with it and charged us ****** he didn't even drive it 2 miles from kirk nissan and it was still doing it he went back up there and come to find out they didn't Even have the tools to work on my car I made an appointment at another shop and come to find out there was several things wrong with my car I feel like kirk nissan should have been honest when I called and made the appointment and said that they didn't have the tools to work on my car instead of lying and telling us there was nothing wrong and charging me ****** when there was clearly something wrong with the car I feel this is very poor business practice

      We have contacted the customer and explained any confusion over the issue. We have refunded the customer the ****** that was paid that day.
