  On 9/7/2022, I paid Complete Animal Control $2629.60 to remove squirrels and install a mitigation system from/in my attic. The warranty on the work covered any removal of squirrels for a year after the work was completed. I have attempted to call the business multiple times over the last 6+ months to report squirrels in my attic and to have them schedule someone to remove them. Each time, I am redirected to the warranty department. No one ever answers the phone or returns the many messages I have left for the warranty department. I need assistance getting a response from the business.

  ***** from Complete Animal Removal contacted me first thing this morning and resolved the issue. He confirmed that the numbers that I had previously called were unaffiliated with their organization. He also assured me that my warranty is for two years and he scheduled for someone to come out and check my attic at my earliest availability.
