I would not recommend this company! I used them to remove bats from my attic. they would not give me a day a time frame when they would show up only a 15 min warning. if they did give me a day they would not show up on that day. When they put up the bat valve, not only did they not get rid of the bats, but they came back in 2 feet from the valve! I am not an expert, but it makes sense that they would try to come back in, in the same area that they had left. When I contacted them to tell them that they bats were not leaving they came out to verify that this was true but refused to do anything about it until I paid them more money. A lot of money! They said it was my fault because I didn't choose their higher quote. When they put up the second valve the bats were gone in one day! (miracle or suspect?) They take advantage of people! ******** ******

After a very unsatisfactory experience with another animal removal service (turns out had a BBB F rating), I contacted this service. Immediately responsive and Tye came the same day for estimate and a very thorough inspection. No animal intrusion detected at this point, but if further concerns, I will be using Complete Animal Removal. All my questions addressed and pricing very reasonable. Priced by service and not $$$ per each animal trapped which makes sense as we live near a large park. A pleasure to work with this company. PS: no charge for inspection and estimate!

Bob from complete animal control removal was wonderful. I thought I had a dead animal in my attic. He went around the whole house and then checked the attic and was very honest. Thank goodness it must have been a skunk that sprayed near the house and made the smell in the room. He then explained to me everything that can be done to trap animals from getting in the house. He wasn’t pushy and he was super friendly. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who thinks they have a dead animal in their house or does have one.

This is for Complete Animal Removal; INC and the inspector Bob R**** which came to my house at *** **** **** , Clarksville ,Tennessee 37040. From the time Mr. R**** met me he had outstanding customer service skills. He continued to explain to me what I could expect over the next few days and the procedures what had to be completed. He continued to explain in details. This made me feel comfortable in the job they had to do. Mr. Bob R**** was so polite and carrying .He was so professional at his job that made me feel even more at ease. I would like this company and Mr. Bob R**** how much I appreciate the job that was complied at my home and I was greatly recommend this inspector and the Complete Animal Removal Company to anyone that has the need for this team. Isaiah and Jesse came out quickly. They removed the snake from our garage. They also did a final check to make sure that there wasn’t more. Highly recommend. Very efficient.

Shortly after having new attic insulation installed, I noticed sounds in the attic. It turned out to be squirrels. Not wanting, my new insulation ruined, I called my local pest control office, and they highly recommended using Complete Animal Removal, as they have worked with them in the past. Shaun, Complete Animal Removal inspector, came by my house and did a very thorough inspection of where the squirrels might be entering my home, by checking the outside of my home, under the house, checking for soffit damage, and by going up in the attic to check for any entry areas. After conferring with Shaun, I decided to have all possible critter entry areas sealed along with the setting of animal traps. This total process was very involved. The complete animal Removal Associates, that performed this task, were all very nice and professional. They explained every detail and showed me what they had done each step of the way. Since completion of the job, I have had no further critter problems. I want to thank Complete Animal Removal associates Kevin, Matt, Allan, Payton, Tyler, Drayton, Justin, and Shaun for doing an exceptional job. If you have critter problems, I highly recommend Complete Animal Removal to do the job.

I highly recommend Complete Animal Removal and their team. We engaged their help to address squirrel(s) in our attic resulting from an incomplete job by a landscape lighting contractor who left holes in our soffit for over a month — allowing entry for the squirrel(s). The process started with Michael, Inspection Manager who performed an initial inspection based upon the areas I identified showing squirrel activity. He provided me options on how to move forward and has been available & involved as our project has progressed. He cares about the end result, not just the initial ‘sale’. All of their technicians are customer service focused and go above and beyond to help. They always give a courtesy call to share they are stopping by the property to check the trap. A stand out example is Technician Payton who spent extra time to perform an attic inspection on the day he was tasked to simply remove a trap. He heard my concerns, worked diligently to inspect the attic, and found another possible entry point which was then addressed. Another stand out is Technician Tyler who is a ninja on the high roof of our home as he installed traps and one-way valves (allows the squirrel to escape, but not re-enter). He also takes the time to talk with me, learn if I have heard activity, and then assists with next steps. At the time of this writing, we are still working to fully resolve “Squirrel Gate 2023”, but I am confident the team at Complete Animal Removal will again come through for us to protect our home. This is not the first time we have engaged Complete Animal Removal. In fact, it is our second positive experience. We engaged their help in the Winter of 2020 at our rental home for a Groundhog who had dug around the AC unit and gained access to the crawl space.
