Styleyes Optical sells frequently tried on (used) store display eye frames without disclosing this point to their customers. I was led to believe that NEW frames and lenses were being ordered; that DID NOT happen.

After my lenses were put into the ******** eyeglass frames, I noticed the clips and frames were scratched. I mentioned this to Stephanie and she dismissed (ignored) this concern. Instead, she rummaged through cabinets to offer a choice of two dirty white and black eyeglass cases; and, one equally dirty white box for use with my glasses.

After paying full price, for what I thought were two NEW ******** frames and up graded-lenses, I asked Stephanie for the ******** cases and boxes that came with the frames...directly from the ******** distributor. Stephanie said you purchased the "display frames" and what she offered in cases and boxes was all that she had available.

I was never advised that I was purchasing store display frames; and therefore, I asked for a full refund. Stephanie said that all their customers purchase display frames; unless, they specifically order frames that are not in stock at the store. Stephanie said "all sales are FINAL," nothing can be done, they are discontinued frames! That information would have be useful to know in my decision to purchase these frames.

Customers have a reasonable expectation to be sold NEW frames, in the original box, or be truthfully told they are buying previously tried on (used) store display frames; especially during pandemic times.
