Commercial bank is in breach of contract I believe because the appraisal to my property is of no good the licensed is expired and I've contacted the VP and she informed me there was no problem..Linda Fultz

I contacted **** ***** and we reviewed the appraisal for **** ****** for an appraisal completed by ******* ****** November 4, 2022 with the appraisal meeting full regulatory guidelines except for a typo in the license expiration date which was typed 11/30/2021 in error which was verified by Mr. ****** with the correct date being 11/30/2025. This license expiration date was also verified thru the Virginia on-line appraiser listing showing Mr ******** Credential * ********** ******* *ffective date of 11/26/2019 expiration date of 11/30/2025.
