Katie was absolutely awesome! We had to do a retake for my daughter’s school picture and the studio experience was really fun and positive! Katie really loves what she does and was able to get my daughter to smile with her teeth! The primping station and snack table were such a bonus! Overall, a much more personal experience than regular school pictures! Easygoing and professional environment for sure!!Review from Claudia M

Katie was amazingggg. She had a bunch of supplies out for the girls and guys and made sure our hair and everything looked great. She hyped us up so we felt good about our smiles and made sure we were confident. She made sure we had all the right angles and head tilts so we had different options to choose out from. Love love loveeedddd her, and I was soo happy about the turn out of my pictures .Review from Dianna E

Victoria has been so helpful with helping me with my son’s photos. Every time he gets photos done, if you change the background his hair was turning green. Every time Victoria has helped me and always made sure I did not miss a sale because of this issue. I recently had an issue again with the green hair and I got another rep besides Victoria. I was dealing with Neisha was not very helpful at all. She told me I would miss a sale and basically just deal with it. I asked for a manager and waited 14 days with no response. On 11/22 Victoria must have seen the issue and immediately jumped in and corrected this. She gave me a promo code for me missing out on the original sale I would have used if the pictures did not need to be corrected. I have been dealing with Neisha and Kathy going back and forth since 11/5/24 and Victoria handled this problem in ONE day! She is the definition of an amazing customer service rep. In the future I will only be dealing with Victoria.Review from Grace C

When I was having difficulty finding the best angle to take the perfect senior yearbook photo, Gabby had a lot of patience with me instead of making me choose a picture I was unhappy with and rushing me out the door. She made me feel like a priority, and gave me the best advice to achieve the best picture! So happy with the results!Review from Diamond S
