On 2 seperate occasions I went to thew Gateway tire stores for oil changes. The first was ************* ******** location the second the *********************** location in *********. O n both occasions they broke off the k*** on my oil dipstick did not tell me about it and when I complained they denied they had done it. I had to get the dipsticks drilled out twice and I spent ***** dollars replacing the dipsticks and an additional 3o dollars to have the broken dipsticks removed. Gateway tire did not offer to fix the problem they just blew me off. **** was the manager at the hermitage location , the ********* location would not identify who their manager was . I sent several emails to the corporate office and was ignored.Please give me any help you can concerning this matter.a refund or a 84 dollar credit to my gateway credit card is my desired outcomethank you
