I have a young child with a g-tube that needs special formula that you need to order through a place like Cornerstone Health, they are one of only 2 places that have it, according to the doctors at **********. My son cant have any other formula due to allergic reactions. I ordered the formula weeks ago, called no less than a dozen times, each time Im told the formula will be there the next day or shortly. I asked them to send me a tracking number each time, they never did. I still dont have the formula. I call and half they time they dont answer turn phone or worse they answer then transfer me to customer service for help, but the phone simply rings and says nobody is available at this time, with no recourse. Ive tried using their chat feature on their website, but it is a third party that handles their chats and they cant help. You have enough stress as it is with a child that has medical complications and a company like Cornerstone compounds that and put patients at risk. They shouldnt be allowed to handle medical supplies where patients rely on prompt and accurate delivery and information.Initial Complaint

Home health recommended a lift chair for my husband and named the company to purchase from in February 2021. Initial charge through***** was reversed because I disputed additional fee charged for the chair and canceled, then agreed to pay the extra cost so my disabled husband could have the chair. Cornerstone ordered the chair from ******************* in PA. Received damaged chair April 14. Returned it under warranty on April 28 and was told that they hadn't charged me for the chair and I paid for it using my ***** card on April 28. On May 3 husband passed and I contacted company on May 5 to request cancellation and refund. Initially told Golden wouldn't cancel, I contacted the manufacturer myself and was assured this was not true. I called back to Cornerstone and was treated disrespectfully by rep Candace *******, then manager, Nick *****. To this date, I have received no further communication from Cornerstone, the chair, nor a refund. Last phone call to Cornerstone for resolution was June 21, 2021. Attempted to have charges reversed through credit card company, but was unsuccessful. The amount of the chair was $2,203.40.Business response

Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2022/02/23) */ I am attaching a file with the timeline of our communications with Mrs. ******* along with the delivery receipt for the original chair. The conversation she is referring to regarding asking us to cancel is a free replacement of the original chair that was somehow damaged after it was delivered. We do still have her chair in our warehouse because she has refused to allow delivery or to pick it up. We have offered to refund her purchase price less a 10% re-stocking fee and she refused.
