My Rescue Dog , " **** ****" "- a Schnauzer- Poodle Mix Had been Going To Jens Dirty Dogs For 7 Consecutive Months With a Written Schedule from Owner " Jen" for day to come each month and time to be there. Her fee for Service was Paid in Full at check in - She had a Helper there at all times to assist in grooming. Every Single time **** Came- - and Went- She Also Raised Prices without Notice- and I Also Still paid Without complaint even without warning and after that. Beginning on Date July 19th, A Tuesday- the Owner Jen , was not Present For The Grooming of ANY OF THE DOGS and left 1 Person ( the Helper previously mentioned) to deal with grooming a Full Schedule of Animals, and my Dog **** went in that day- and as usual I paid in full at check in - and at pickup , This lone Helper began to tell me how she was a Felony Drug Addict and " just Could NOT HANDLE DOING DOGS BY HERSELF AND WAS TOLD BY JEN SHE WASNT GOING TO BE LEFT THERE BY HERSELF TO DO ALL THE DOGS BY HERSELF AND IT MADE HER SO NERVOUS AND WANTING TO DO DRUGS AGAIN- AND SHE HAD PUT IN HER NOTICE TO LEAVE BECAUSE OF HOW SHE WAS TREATED BY OWNER JEN- WHO ALSO MADE HER ANSWER ALL CALLS TO BUSINESS AFTER HOURS AND ON WEEKENDS" I FELT SO SO HORRIBLE FOR HER- SO My August 24th 2022 appt came- I Was there on Time- And ANOTHER PRICE HIKE WITHOUT WARNING- AND I PAID IN FULL - And Jen Owner was There - With new Helper - I got her name- Melissa - And **** came home with HORRIBLE cuts that turned to infection- and Jen Owner Lied to me - As I Brought my Own Bows( so I didn't have to pay extra for Accessories after Grooming) AND Actually finding out later it was Helper Melissa, Answering Texts - Telling me My **** Was no longer Welcome at their BUSINESS- Even though, She was Not the Owner, And I Had Paid in Full each and every Time. JENS DIRTY DOGS IS FRAUDULENT AND LIES, RAISES PRICES WITHOUT NOTICE, AND DISMISSES ANIMALS FOR NO REASON - PLEASE HELP BBB!Business response

I have received your letter concerning the complaint filed by ***** **** against my business, Jen's Dirty Dogs. Mrs. **** was causing undesired issues every time her dog had an appointment here. I finally made the decision that apparently every groomer for miles around have made, I fired her as a customer. I then had to call the Kimball Police Department to give them all of the information on the situation because she was threatening to have my business audited. She then started harassing one of my other customers. I have the voicemail on my phone of that incident among others. I have all of the text messages from her to my business phone. I have a copy of her receipts from her visits since March of this year & the dog's card to verify her services provided, products purchased & the charges associated with them. My customers are either given written notice or a letter is posted in the shop of ANY changes. Mrs. **** has paid for her visits; however, I would rather be without her money than to keep dealing with the issues that she was causing.Please let me know if you need any of these documents, texts or voicemails.

I am rejecting this response because: I will be Able to Mail in Any and All Receipts- From our Accountant- Because We Paid in Cash All Times except once. I Have ALL THE TEXTS FROM MY FRIEND- / WHO GOT AFRAID SHE WOULD BE " KICKED OUT" OF JENS DIRTYDOGS FOR HER 3 LARGE DOGS - TO MAKE SURE ALL DOCUMENTATION IS BEING SENT. I ALSO HAVE TESTIMONY FROM 5 OTHER CLIENTS THAT ARE WILLING TO TESTIFY TO THE BBB THAT THEY SUFFERED THE SAME TREATMENT OVER THE SUMMER. I ALSO CAN PRODUCE MUCH MORE COOBORATING EVIDENCE TO THIS CASE- WITH PEOPLE WHICH WOULD LIKE TO REMAIN ANONYMOUS UNTIL THE VERY LAST MOMENT NEEDED - BUT ARE VERY WILLING TO PARTICIPATE IN THIS- AS A NON LICENSED GROOMER WAS LEFT FOR A LONGGG PERIOD OF TIME (MONTHS) WHILE SAID OWNER HAD A SURGERY- AND HAD NO- LICENSED GROOMER AS A REPLACEMENT- AND MANY OTHER DOGS LEFT WITH ABRASIONS, SCABS, PANIC ATTACKS, AND THE OWNERS INCURRED VET BILLS BECAUSE OF SUCH -UNLAWFUL PRACTICES- I ALSO HAVE THE FULL TEXT CONVERSATION- ( NOT WITH OWNER- BUT PRETENDING TO BE- " FIRING MY DOG AS A CLIENT" AND I ASKED TO SPEAK TO THE OWNER - AND SHE SAID NO. - SO SAID OWNER " JENNIFER" OF JEN'S DIRTY DOGS , HAS OUR OFFER- OF A TOTAL OF $255.00 IN A CASHIER'S CHECK ONLY- AND THE MATTER CAN BE SETTLED... AND ONCE SHE AGREES - WE CAN AGREE ON THE WAY TO SEND IT . THANK YOU BBB FOR YOUR AMAZING PATIENCE IN THIS MATTER. ***** *** **** ****
