On January 15, 2024 I met with salesman ****** from Tri City Fencing of Kingsport, TN in person at *** **** **** ** ************* *N. ****** measured the area chosen for the fence after being told the type of fence and shown a picture of the fence. ****** was shown all four corner flags the land surveyor placed on the property lines. There was a single row of chain link fencing inside said property line. The fence chosen was wood frame with chain link on the exterior as shown in the picture. I asked ****** if they could use the chain link from the existing fence once removed and he said no, it would just be discarded. Install date of March 18th. This date was cancelled due to the scheduler being out of the office on March 15th. March 22nd asked for new date as I had heard nothing from the scheduler. March 28th was the new date given. On March 28th, the workers arrived and placed the posts in concrete but did not removed the existing fence therefore set the posts along the property line approximately inside 12-18" on one side. When asked about the old fence removal was told they would check with management on 4/3, meanwhile the workers returned on 4/3 to place the wood frame and chain link. On 4/5 I asked again about the old fence and if I would get a final inspection or walk through. Again I was told he would check with management. On 4/12 I emailed about an issue of the chain link being installed partially on the outside and partially on the inside and when would that be corrected and asked for a phone call. On 4/17 I send another email requesting a phone call as I had heard nothing . April 24th I received an email from Kim on when we could schedule a date to return to fix the job. Date set of 5/9 to make corrections. On 5/9 upon crews arrival ****** informed me changes would not be made without further monies being paid and if I did not pay they crew would leave.

Good Morning - Tri City Fence Company has successfully fulfilled their original contract with us without any further monies than the original contract calls for. The inspection of the fence has taken place on 5/24/2024. I would like to cancel any further actions taken by BBB on my behalf.

      Thank you,
